I received a ticket for no proof of insurance. Can this ticket be dismissed?
If you can provide proof to the court by means of a copy of your insurance card or a copy of your policy, indicating you had insurance at the time of the ticket, covering the vehicle you were driving, the ticket will be dismissed. This is done in accordance with Missouri Revised Statute 303.025.
